Rain for Rent is hiring a Field Technician II to lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe, pumps, and related equipment at agricultural or industrial sites. You will positively represent the company and maintain good customer relations while traveling to job locations.

Essential duties include reading work orders, selecting materials, assembling pipes, inspecting equipment, and ensuring safety and quality. The role requires flexible hours, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience reading work orders and using basic measurement tools.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and promote safe work practices.
• Customer service oriented with good communication on site.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or oral instructions to determine tasks and material needs.
• Select pipes and related materials per specs and prepare for installation.
• Load, secure, and unload materials with appropriate tools and equipment.
• Inspect equipment and tools for safety before travel to sites.
• Complete job site analysis and assemble/secure pipes and fittings per project specs.
• Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines using appropriate methods.
• Demonstrate equipment for customers during install and testing if required.
• Follow company safety regulations and ensure customer satisfaction on site.
