Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class A CDL required.
• 3+ years of experience in outdoor trades is advantageous.
• Ability to operate various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Undertake preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of pumps, gauges, pipes, and valves.
• Execute tasks for Facilities Maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, and asphalt as needed.
• Perform a range of maintenance and construction duties with problem-solving and independent decision-making.
• Operate pickups and small equipment and maintain safe handling of tools and materials.
• Maintain accurate service records for equipment and adhere to company safety policies.
