Hulcher Resources is hiring a Field Technician I to support yard operations through hands-on maintenance tasks. If you enjoy outdoor work, travel, and teamwork, this role offers a clear path to growth.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a Class A CDL, with pay between $20.50 and $22.50 per hour plus overtime. A company vehicle is provided along with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A CDL required and active.
• Experience in outdoor/field maintenance is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Undertake preventative maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of pumps, gauges, pipes, and valves.
• Perform facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, and asphalt.
• Handle physically demanding tasks and operate hand and power tools, including pressure washers.
• Collaborate with team and work independently as needed.
• Maintain service records and ensure proper use of company tools.
• Comply with safety protocols and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Operate light vehicles and small equipment safely.
• Respond to environmental or safety incidents as required.
• Fulfill incidental duties as assigned.
