Job summary

Encore Electric, Inc. seeks a Technician 2 to operate on customer sites across diverse environments, including new construction and remodels. This role requires adherence to safety standards, professional conduct, and timely completion of tasks and documentation.

The candidate should understand electrical principles, read blueprints, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Two years of experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to Encore standards.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work on customer sites in varied environments (new construction, remodels, operating facilities).
• Follow safety guidelines and Encore policies.
• Complete daily/weekly documentation and closeout procedures.
• Understand scopes of work and escalate outside scope to management.
• Assist with installation of cables and components as directed.
