Reworld is seeking a Field Technician in Sumter, South Carolina. This entry-level role performs a variety of labor tasks on Reworld projects, with extensive travel required and a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and teamwork.

You’ll work with EH&S, HR and Training to stay current on training and screenings while supporting field operations. The position offers hands-on experience in sustainable waste solutions, competitive pay, and a benefits package designed to support the whole person

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is preferred.
• Demonstrates a strong mechanical ability.
• Clean driving record and valid state issued Driver's License.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug & alcohol screens, Haz-wopper 40-Hour Training, Confined Space Entry training, basic safety reciprocal, and various site specific training courses.
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker's Identification Card).
• Ability to work at elevations and inside confined spaces for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with strong attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Maintains safety as the top priority by following policies and performing tasks safely.
• Handles strenuous physical labor and operates equipment as required.
• Travel for 4–5 weeks at a time and extended daily hours.
• Works in hazardous atmospheres and confined spaces as needed.
• Operates heavy and light equipment including excavators, skid steers, and pumps.
• Completes required paperwork and participates in safety audits.
• Supports EH&S, HR and Training with trainings and screenings
