Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Field Service Technician I to prepare and clean up hazardous and non-hazardous waste for transport. You will load and unload tanks, inspect equipment and perform confined space work while upholding safety standards at customer sites.

The role requires traveling 10–25% of the time, including overnight trips, and strict adherence to OSHA rules. We offer comprehensive benefits and development pathways.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to travel 10–25% of the time, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment including but not limited to pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts and other power tools in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as OSHA requirements, and all local, state and federal laws.
• Handling, packaging and transportation of both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous materials.
• Removes materials from tanks, pits, or trenches with hand tools for industrial and environmental cleanup.
• Work in confined spaces above or below ground and on or under equipment.
• Daily work in confined space entry, mechanics, industrial hygiene instrumentation, pneumatic tools, electrical tools hand tools and/or other tools as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean working environment.
• Acts as a professional representative of Reworld while acting in an autonomous manner at a customer site.
• Complies with OSHA Health and Safety Rules and completes required training provided by Reworld.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
