Job summary

Pace is seeking a Field Technician I to support environmental sampling and testing across air, soil, water, and related media. You will collect, process, and test samples, and perform field services with proper documentation and safety practices.

Travel to sites, operate company vehicles, and maintain logs and equipment are part of the role. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; some lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience in a laboratory or environmental setting is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required for field travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer and environmental testing sites.
• Collect, process and test environmental samples (air, soil, water, and related media).
• Perform field services using standard environmental practices and document results.
• Prepare vehicles and equipment for daily field operations and maintain logs and documentation.
• Assist with implementation of field programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
