Job summary

Pace is seeking a dedicated team member to assist in collecting, testing, and maintaining field/environmental samples across air, soil, and water. You will support staff, document results, and help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sample handling, driving to sites, delivering materials, and assisting with compliance and data entry. No prior advanced degree required; a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• One year of lab/environmental experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to learn field/environmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides field services using standard field/environmental support knowledge in collection and review of conditions.
• Picks up, transports and delivers results, samples, documents, materials, and other items as needed.
• Prepares vehicle for daily operations, including documents, kits, supplies, materials, safety.
• Reviews and processes logs, documents, and related information.
• Assists in applying field/environmental support policies and programs.
• Supports researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve issues.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations; escalates when required.
• Contributes to department efficiency by working as part of a team.
