Job summary

Pace Labs is seeking a Field Technician I in Indiana to support environmental sampling and testing across air, soil, water, and related media. You will collect, process, and test samples and help maintain documentation to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

The role is full-time, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent required. Prior lab or field experience is preferred, contributing to safer, healthier communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a laboratory or environmental setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer and environmental testing sites.
• Collect, process and test environmental samples (air, soil, water).
• Perform field services with standard environmental practices and document results.
• Prepare vehicles and equipment for daily field operations.
• Maintain logs, forms and databases accurately and timely.
• Assist with reviews of field/environmental programs and regulatory compliance.
• Support issue resolution and promote Pace Analytical’s mission with professionalism.
