Job summary

Maas Energy Works is seeking a Jr. Field Technician to support construction and later operations of dairy digester projects around Quitman, GA. This hands-on role starts in Construction Management and transitions to Operations within 6–8 months, offering growth into independent facility maintenance.

You will work with Site Managers and a remote support team to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, maintain equipment, and ensure safe, reliable site performance.

Qualifications

• Background in construction, general labor, agriculture, or similar hands-on settings.
• Mechanical and electrical experience preferred (2+ years).
• Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Construction phase: support Site Manager on active sites and perform hands-on work.
• Move equipment, assist with pumps, piping, and basic mechanical assemblies.
• Travel to MEW facilities for maintenance during the operations phase.
