Job summary

Intertek Building & Construction is hiring an Entry-Level Field Technician I in Clute, TX. You will perform construction materials testing, operate equipment, and document results under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in the A/E/C industry.

Qualifications

• Experience performing physical outdoor tasks in construction environments.
• Hands-on construction materials testing or related field experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record required
• Possession or ability to obtain TWIC and client site access credentials
• Pre-employment background checks and drug testing as required

Responsibilities

• Operate testing equipment and conduct tests (soil, concrete, etc.) and report results.
• Review drawings, specs, and diagrams to guide testing.
• Perform site observations and record-keeping with careful data interpretation.
• Maintain detailed test records and documentation for projects.
