Job summary

Master Meter, Inc. is seeking Field Technicians to support the sales team and distributor partners while maintaining and troubleshooting smart water meters and communication systems. This role requires travel, with primary focus on the west Texas area and collaboration across teams to ensure top-tier customer service.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a dynamic environment, offering benefits including insurance, retirement plan, and a year-end bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in installation, basic electronics, or related field preferred.
• One year of technical customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for AMR/AMI systems.
• Oversee AMR/AMI equipment installations as needed.
• Diagnose issues with communication, electrical systems and software tools.
• Maintain clear communication with property staff and report updates to management.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of field activities.
• Follow up with timely and accurate information to customers and team.
