Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Field Technician II to join our Lenexa service team. This entry-level role provides hands-on training in equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service. Competitive pay starting at $21.00–$26.00 per hour.

You’ll work with mailing and document handling equipment, learn from experienced technicians, and gradually assume more responsibilities. The position offers growth potential within Lineage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification, technical school training, or associate degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced technicians and learn installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Perform basic equipment setup and preventive maintenance.
• Install, service, and maintain mailing and document handling equipment.
• Diagnose basic mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues.
• Maintain tools and parts inventory; participate in training programs.
