Job summary

FSS Technologies is seeking a motivated technician to assist with service and maintenance of fire and security systems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in service roles across intrusion, access control and CCTV, plus a valid driver's license and a high school diploma. The role offers on-site work and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 3+ years of experience in a service role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
• Experience servicing intrusion, access control, and CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the service of security and fire systems hardware.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
• Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
