Job summary

You’ll troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pump systems and perform on-site field service calls with professionalism and urgency.

You’ll work with service managers and technical teams to deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring first responders can rely on life-saving equipment when it matters most.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing emergency vehicles.
• Ability to work independently in the field and provide strong customer service.
• Good problem-solving skills and a “get-it-done” attitude.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and stay current with equipment.
• Must live in Northern Minnesota.
