Job summary

Craft Master Custom Pools is seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. You will install, repair, and maintain custom pools, working independently in the field to deliver high-quality results on every project.

You will handle equipment installation, plumbing, startup documentation, troubleshooting, autofill systems, skimmer work, bonding, and occasional paver resets while upholding safety and code requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pool construction, installation, or service.
• Familiarity with pool plumbing systems and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret pool plans and equipment manuals.
• Florida codes and pool safety knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain pool systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and automation.
• Read and follow manufacturer specs and local codes.
• Complete accurate job sheets and startup checklists.
• Diagnose mechanical, plumbing, and equipment issues and propose repairs.
• Install autofill and skimmer components to spec.
• Relevel decks or pavements as needed.
• Ensure bonding wire installation complies with NEC codes.
• Apply broad pool knowledge across projects to meet deadlines.
