Technicians earn between $22 and $24.50 per hour on average, with top technicians earning up to $35 per hour. The base rate is $17 per hour guaranteed for the first year.

SUI provides paid training, a company vehicle, advanced tools, and a company phone.

Responsibilities Include:

• Installing advanced technologies from brands like DISH, OnTech, Hughes, Viasat, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring.
• Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues and working with customers to resolve them.
• Educating customers about installed equipment and potential value-added products and services.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable, motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to safely operate weight-bearing equipment (e.g., aerial lifts, ladders) within weight limits (330 lbs).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 40 feet.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, and in all climates.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, plus passing a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
