Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• 0-1 year experience in related field.
• Forklift certification (the company will certify if necessary).
• Pass a DOT physical where required.
• Basic knowledge of welding, hydraulics and/or electrical skills.
• Understand how to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Basic plumbing and soldering knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and moving tools/equipment.
• Ability to work with mechanical/electrical equipment within safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment installations and maintenance as required.
• Assemble equipment, inspect operation, uncrate, and position equipment.
• Drive service/delivery truck with lift-gate to destinations.
• Assist other staff and service technicians as required.
• Attend training on safety, equipment knowledge, and skills.
• Pick up and deliver parts to job locations as needed.
• Work hours as needed; travel may be required.
• Support colleagues and complete other duties as assigned.
