TEMCO – A Tech24 Company is seeking a Hot & Cold Technician in Jackson, MS to diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems. You will deliver exceptional customer service while working on hot-side and cold-side equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial foodservice and/or refrigeration repair experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines).
• Perform preventative maintenance for safe, efficient equipment operation.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
• Communicate repair status and timelines to customers.
• Manage truck inventory to ensure parts and tools are stocked.
• Respond to service calls in a timely, professional manner.
• Represent the company with professionalism and high-quality service.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
