TEMCO, Inc. in Jackson, MS, is seeking a skilled Hot & Cold Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems. You will deliver high-quality customer service and represent the company professionally on every call.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, safe operation, and reliability to minimize customer downtime. On-site work with potential for training and advancement within Tech24 network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial foodservice and/or refrigeration repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient equipment operations.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions in company system.
• Clearly communicate repair status, recommendations, and timelines to customers.
• Manage truck inventory to ensure proper parts and tools are stocked.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent the company with professionalism while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities.
