Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking reliable Field Technicians for on-site construction projects in Omaha, Nebraska. The role involves learning and applying skills across firestopping, waterproofing, air barriers, sealants, insulation, and expansion joints.
Experience is not required; training is provided. You will work with a team to meet project specs, maintain safety, and learn a trade through hands-on practice on active sites.

As a Field Technician, you'll work on commercial construction projects and learn a variety of specialized building systems, including firestopping, waterproofing, air barriers, joint sealants, insulation, and expansion joints.

Construction experience is preferred, but motivated entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience with caulking, waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, or similar construction trades is a plus.
