Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking reliable Field Technicians for on-site construction projects in Omaha, Nebraska. The role involves learning and applying skills across firestopping, waterproofing, air barriers, sealants, insulation, and expansion joints.

Experience is not required; training is provided. You will work with a team to meet project specs, maintain safety, and learn a trade through hands-on practice on active sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to learn and open to training.
• Safety minded and understands safety on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install firestopping at wall joints, slab edges, and penetrations.
• Install joint sealants in interior and exterior applications.
• Install sheet and fluid applied waterproofing systems.
• Install sheet and fluid applied air barrier systems.
• Install interior and exterior expansion joint systems.
• Use caulking guns and basic hand tools.
• Follow project specifications and jobsite safety requirements.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and correctly.
• Take direction from Foremen, General Foremen, and Superintendents.
• Perform other duties as needed.
