Responsibilities

Timely Repairs: Complete assigned jobs within flat rate times to keep operations running smoothly.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to KEC/Customer safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.
Regulation Adherence: Follow contamination control and HAZMAT regulations meticulously.
Technical Tasks: Perform parts removal/installation, component assembly/disassembly, and testing with precision.
Customer Interaction: Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
Problem Solving: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and recommend effective repairs.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the correct operation of all repairs to maintain high standards.
Failure Analysis: Apply failure analysis techniques for accurate diagnosis and repair.

Additional Information

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Certified to operate a forklift and/or manlift; may need to complete a DOT physical; MSHA certification required; respirator certification may be needed.
Tooling:Basic mechanics tools as per Komatsu's technician tool list.
Policies and Procedures:Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Work Environment:Be prepared to work in varying conditions, including exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and occasional extreme elements. The noise level is moderate.
