Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment.
• Provides maintenance and technical support on products at customer or field locations.
• Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
• Interprets customer needs and coordinates with sales, support or engineers as needed.
• Travels to customer sites as required (about 65% of the time).
