Job summary

Kinetic, a unit of Uniti, is hiring a Buried Drop Technician to install copper, fiber, and coaxial drops from the hub to customers’ homes. You will work in the field, ensure safety, and help connect customers to reliable internet and voice services.

You will interpret drawings, complete paperwork, and promote Kinetic products while contributing to a strong customer focus and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic technology and math skills.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform buried copper, fiber, and coaxial drop cable installations to connect the network to residences.
• Interpret work drawings, complete required paperwork, and promote Kinetic products and services.
• Train new employees and participate in safe field operations with proper PPE.
