Job summary

Nelson Brothers Mining Services, LLC is seeking personnel to support blasting operations at the site. The role includes wiring of shots under the blaster in charge, loading holes with blend trucks and associated pumps and equipment, and performing routine truck maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with heavy equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist blaster in charge with wiring of shot.
• Load holes using blend truck and pumps and equipment.
• Check trucks for needed maintenance and perform minor routine maintenance.
• Load trucks with product and prepare holes to receive product.
• Operate Bobcat for stemming holes.
• Perform all duties safely and ensure the safety of the team.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Company.
