Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking a Blaster Helper / Laborer to support equipment operators, blasters, and site safety. You will handle auxiliary equipment, perform basic vehicle maintenance, and ensure accurate product delivery while adhering to all safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English skills, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. A positive, safety-focused mindset is essential for success on-site at our operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Present oneself in a professional manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate auxiliary equipment (forklifts, winches, hand tools) to support operators and blasters.
• Perform basic maintenance on assigned vehicles to ensure reliability and safety.
• Read gauges and adjust equipment to maintain performance and product quality.
• Assist Equipment Operators and Blasters at blast sites to safely serve customers.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain safe conditions in shops and on blast sites.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisors.
