Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking a Blast Crew Helper to support equipment operators and maintain site equipment. You will assist with loading, mixing, unloading, and preparing explosive products for customers, reporting to the Blaster in Charge as dispatched to sites.

Responsibilities include operating auxiliary equipment such as forklifts and winches, completing pre/post-use reports, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver''s license.
• Willingness to work early mornings and 10–12 hour shifts.
• Flexible schedule determined by site and customer needs.
• Prior manual labor experience preferred.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask on several projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate auxiliary equipment and support equipment operators.
• Complete and report pre- and post-use reports for equipment.
• Report maintenance needs to assure reliability and safety.
• Assist Equipment Operators and Blasters at blast sites.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions.
• Support safety programs and participate in training.
• Comply with HSE policies and SOPs.
• Engage in incident reporting and hazard awareness.
