Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Word.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn industry-standard specifications with high quality controls.
• Hands-on training with experienced Field Technicians who will guide you to be a stand alone technician.
• Learning basics of: Diagnostics, Calibrations/programming, Scanning, Wire/Connector repair.
