This hands-on role requires physical work, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork to complete projects on time. No prior industry experience is required; we provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, with a supportive family-oriented environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior labor or construction experience is helpful but not required; we will train.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and handle varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and clean worksites to meet safety and quality standards.
• Assist with the installation of commercial/industrial coatings and finishes.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
• Follow company uniform, safety gear, and job site protocols at all times.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a professional demeanor on all job sites and with all customers.

Compensation

• Full time position
• Competitive salary at $16 to $18 , depending on experience.
