Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a field technician to service and manage installations for monitored participants across designated geographic areas. You will liaise with courts and agencies, provide local support, and train personnel in how to use the monitoring technology.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, a clean MVR and an active driver's license. You will travel to courts and agencies, perform device maintenance, and document activities in the system.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in criminal justice or customer service preferred.
• Must have a good MVR and an up-to-date driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and thorough customer service to participants, supervision officers and senior court officials.
• Install and deactivate technology devices on monitored participants at offices or jails.
• Process calls with personnel, referring agencies, and clients to troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform device maintenance and adjust strap size/fit as needed.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments with courts and agencies.
• Document information electronically in the monitoring system database.
• Maintain cleanliness of inactive equipment.
• Review participant fee accounts and process payments.
• Represent the company at local events or conferences as assigned.

Provides local support and training to area courts and agencies.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:o Provide prompt and thorough customer service to participants, supervision officers and senior court/county officials.o Install (office or jail) and deactivate technology devices on monitored participants.o Process incoming/outgoing calls with company personnel, referring agencies, and clients to troubleshoot equipment abnormalities.o Perform device maintenance (typically device replacement or adjusting strap size/fit).o Schedule and conduct follow up appointments with courts and agencies in the area.o Document all pertinent information electronically in monitoring system database.o Maintain cleanliness of inactive equipment.o Review participant fee accounts and process payments.o Represent the company at local events/conferences, when assigned.o One (1) year of experience in the fields of criminal justice or customer service preferred.o Must have a good MVR (motor vehicle report) and an up to date driver’s license.
