Job summary

On-site Health & Safety is recruiting Field Technicians/Health & Safety Incident Response Technicians. The role offers a consistent 4 days/10-hour workweek with a company vehicle to take home, and comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and a 401k.

On-call rotations may include overnight and weekend shifts with stipends. Ideal candidates are EMTs, Paramedics or LVNs with in-house training options.

Qualifications

• EMT/Paramedic/LVN or equivalent medical certifications.
• Ability to perform first aid and incident reporting.
• Public speaking and clear instruction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a variety of worksites in a company vehicle.
• Provide first aid and incident reports; perform health screenings.
• Draw blood when certified and contribute to safety compliance.

Are You Ready to Join Our Team?

• EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent
• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
• Or with additional in-house training: Emergency Medical Responder, X-Ray Technician, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age
• Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record "hits")
• Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements.

Additional Notes:

• Field Technicians must be excellent communicators, comfortable with public speaking, and able to articulate instructions clearly.
• You should be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances is essential.
