• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record suitable for traveling to customer sites.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner.
• Commitment to safety practices and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Previous experience in dock and door systems, commercial doors, industrial equipment, or a related trade is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certifications are a plus.

Role Description

The Field Technician role is a full-time, dispatched based out of Orange county, Los Angles CA areas.

The technician is responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing loading dock equipment, overhead doors, and related mechanical and electrical components at customer locations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, conducting safety checks, and documenting all work performed. The role involves driving to job sites, working with hand and power tools, reading and interpreting technical manuals or drawings, and communicating clearly with customers and the internal office team. The Field Technician is expected to follow safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and support other technicians as needed.
