Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring a Field Mechanic in Krum, TX. The role focuses on diesel and heavy equipment repair in a rental environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00PM (Overtime Eligible)

Pay Range: Dependent on Experience and discretionary quarterly branch performance bonus

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience repairing construction equipment, including generators, rollers, and earthmoving equipment.
• Must provide your own tools
• Basic computer skills for work orders, parts ordering, and service documentation.
• Ability to inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and a team-first mindset are essential.
• Stable work history with a commitment to long-term career growth preferred.
