Job summary

CACI International Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Field Technician to join our Field Services Team, delivering on-site end-user support, telecom installation, programming, maintenance, and repairs across diverse telecom systems.

You will image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops, troubleshoot hardware and software, install VOIP and printing devices, and document actions in trouble tickets to meet SLAs, with up to 10% travel across CONUS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant IT field experience; degree can substitute for 5 years.
• Must have IAT II certification (e.g., Security+) and security clearance eligibility.
• Proficient with Windows desktop OS and Microsoft Outlook; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops; manage OS, BIOS, and encryption.
• Install end-user apps, certificates, and VOIP phones; troubleshoot issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware including monitors and docking stations.
• Document actions in trouble tickets and meet SLAs.
• Assist with moves, asset disposal, and support other IT teams.
