GeoSonics, Inc., a nationally recognized seismic consulting company, is seeking a full-time Field Technician to join our team at our Cheshire, Connecticut location.

As a Field Technician with GeoSonics, Inc., you will travel to construction sites and aggregate operations throughout New England and New York to conduct pre/post blast inspections, perform on-site vibration monitoring, and manage the installation of service equipment. You will support the Area Manager and provide service and support to customers.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and work independently. Experience with video and digital cameras, along with proficiency in computer and technical skills, is preferred. A degree in Geology, Earth Science, Engineering, or a related field is also preferred but not required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary, as travel in your personal vehicle to job sites is required.
