Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Representative for warranty and technical services. This fully remote role is based in Florida, ideally Jacksonville.

You will perform inspections, investigate leaks, assist with warranty repairs, and educate customers on product specifications while maintaining safety and compliance across projects. The position requires a Bachelor degree in Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent construction experience, 4+ years in construction,

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Field of Study preferred: Construction.
• Minimum 4 years in the construction industry or 4 years active duty.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections of commercial roofing applications.
• Investigate leaks and perform small repairs to stop leaks.
• Assist in larger warranty repairs in the region.
• Train licensed roofing contractors in proper application techniques.
• Educate customers on specifications needed to warrant their application.
• Develop strong customer relationships and manage expectations.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coordinate service calls.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or Architecture

Field of Study Preferred: Construction
