Job summary

Honda Marine is seeking a Field Service Specialist to deliver technical support, education, and issue resolution to marine dealers, traveling to sites to improve dealer service efforts and customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary liaison between Honda Marine and dealers, educating staff in service policies and product items.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of marine engines and drives, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Three years of technical experience and at least two years of management experience in marine or related industry.
• Formal marine technical training is desirable.
• Experience in service management or field training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical service support and education to dealers.
• Travel to marine dealers to support service efforts.
• Serve as liaison between Honda Marine and dealers to resolve issues.
• Support Techline activities and provide product information.
