Suzano in Pine Bluff, Arkansas is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to provide on-site technical support, investigate customer complaints, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and sales teams across North America.

The role requires a hands-on, customer-first approach, travel across North America, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years in field service or technical support in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Services, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, technical support, or customer-facing roles in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical visits to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Offer hands-on technical support and troubleshoot issues with customers.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure problem resolution and continuous improvement.
• Travel to customer sites across North America, including Waynesville, NC, as needed.
