Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a hands-on Field Service Representative to support customers across the U.S. by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced metal fabrication machinery.

The role is home-based with up to 90% travel and includes a company vehicle and paid training. Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined with strong electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge, and will excel in diagnostics, customer service, and field documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic principles.
• Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude.
• Ability to travel overnight frequently (75–90%).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Solid PC and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service and maintenance of CI metal fabrication machines.
• Prepare and submit documentation for invoicing and service records.
• Maintain company equipment and ensure safe operation during service.
• Manage expenses to maximize profitability during fieldwork.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist customers with maintenance scheduling.
