Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a field service installation and troubleshooting expert to support the full line of technology products for Ag and related infrastructure.

The role includes training customers and internal staff on product use and maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer success. The position requires strong technical/mechanical experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel extensively to customer sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years technical or mechanical experience (machine service/maintenance) is required.
• 3+ years customer service experience is required.
• Willingness to travel 75%-100% is required.

Responsabilités

• Completes detailed service reports in 24 hours from last labor.
• Completes and submits time cards daily.
• Completes and submits warranty paperwork within 24 hours from last labor.
• Provides on-site or call-in service support for extended agreements.
• Installs and services AG and machine control & guidance technology products.
