Qualifications

• A+ Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of data, audio, and phone cabling standards; experience on ladders/lifts.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with technicians, project teams, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site lead for overnight cutovers and coordinate workflow.
• Mentor technicians, clarify project scope and quality expectations.
• Host briefing meetings and communicate progress to management.
• Ensure documentation, site surveys, and equipment status are accurate.
