Responsibilities

• Maintain the on-call schedule and communicate details to the team.
• Serve as initial escalation point for technicians.
• Establish and manage the command center bridge.
• Track technician check-ins and address delays.
• Authorize technician release only after completion criteria are met.
• Review and initiate issue resolution the next business day.
• Ensure compliance with required tools and forms.
• Support technicians during deployment cutovers.
• Manage schedule changes and communicate to the team.
• Control site release and ensure compliance.
