Job summary

RAD PROS, headquartered near Watkins, Colorado, is seeking a Field Technician/Driver to perform hands-on environmental remediation, waste management, and maintenance tasks across various sites. A current CDL is required, with preference for hot-shot experience, and the role includes 100% company-paid travel to out-of-state projects.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25.00 to $32.50+ per hour, plus overtime, benefits, and profit-sharing.

Qualifications

• CDL: Possession of a current CDL required, preferably with Hot-Shot experience.
• Skills & Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude for hands-on field situations.
• Learning Agility: Quick learner who can master new principles/techniques.
• Drive: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Safety & Compliance: Able to follow strict safety protocols and pass drug/alcohol testing.
• Background: Clean criminal background and DMV driving record.
• Physical Demands: Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Travel & Schedule: Willing to travel for out-of-state projects (100% company-paid).
• Bonus: Heavy equipment experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on environmental remediation, waste management, and maintenance tasks.
• Packaging, labeling, and securing hazardous/non-hazardous waste for transport; CDL required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for project execution and transport materials.
• Conduct radiological surveys and collect samples with proper documentation.
• Perform tank pump-outs, confined space entry, and barrel/pipe cleaning tasks.
• Rebuild, line, and restore environmental containment ponds and perform site demolition.
• Maintain equipment, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure field readiness.
