Job summary

RAD PROS is seeking a Field Technician/Driver to perform hands‑on environmental remediation, waste management, and maintenance tasks at sites nationwide. A CDL is required, and travel for out‑of‑state projects is 100% company‑paid.

The role emphasizes safety, technical surveys, and hands‑on operation with opportunities for growth. You will work with a collaborative team across field operations and gain training in specialized equipment and procedures, with overtime and premium pay on certain

Qualifications

• CDL required with preference for Hot‑Shot experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude for hands‑on field situations
• Quick learner who can master new principles and techniques
• Safety‑moc compliant, able to pass drug/alcohol testing
• Background clean with DMV record

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on environmental remediation, waste management, and industrial maintenance tasks.
• Package and transport hazardous and non‑hazardous waste with correct labeling and securing for truck/ trailer transport; CDL required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for project execution and transport materials, equipment, and waste per regulations.
• Conduct radiological surveys using hand‑held devices and document findings and site observations.
• Perform tank cleaning, oil and gas facility work, and site demolition as trained; operate with proper PPE.
• Maintain equipment, keep workspace orderly and safe, and support field readiness on all sites.
