Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC, based in Irving, Texas, seeks a qualified Bench Technician to support field services and electronics repairs across the US. The role demands hands-on mechanical aptitude, soldering skills, and strong communication with operations teams.

You will provide technical phone support 7 A.M.–5 P.M. CT, assist CAD/3D file creation, assemble sound kits, and maintain manuals and schematics. A High School diploma is required, with prior bench technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support our customer (Operations and Field Technical Managers).
• Conduct quality repairs on items in the Electronics Repairs inventory list.
• Provide Technical phone support for the field from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time.
• Assemble various sound and other kit assemblies to support the field.
• Maintain, create and update Tech manuals, schematics and text fixtures needed for repairs.
• Assist in maintaining the Technical Support Web Site and upgrades for field support.
• Process shipping and receiving of all exchange parts.
• Assist with CAD File creation for 3D Print Projects.
