Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CAT equipment at customer sites. The role involves extensive travel (75%–100%) and requires strong documentation and communication with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience servicing heavy equipment.
• DOT Health Card and Class D Driver’s License required.
• 3+ years customer service experience and 3+ years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains truck and crane inspection logs daily.
• Completes CAT service reports daily with legible text and proper SIMS code.
• Transmits photos, timecards, service reports and other information by email.
• Communicates with customers on diagnosis and status of repairs, parts and concerns.
