This role provides opportunities to build foundational field and environmental knowledge while supporting critical testing programs and customer needs.**What You’ll Do*** Travel to customer and environmental testing sites* Collect, process and test environmental samples, including air, soil, water, and related media* Perform field services using standard environmental support practices, including sample collection, test kit completion, and documentation of results* Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, materials, and results as required* Prepare vehicles for daily field operations, including instruments, supplies, kits, materials, documentation, and safety equipment* Complete and maintain logs, forms, databases, and other documentation accurately and timely* Assist with research and recommendations to resolve operational, customer, or employee issues* Support the review and implementation of field/environmental programs to meet operational and organizational needs* Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; escalate issues when needed* Contribute to team effectiveness by offering suggestions for improvements* Promote Pace Analytical’s mission through professional, courteous, and cooperative interactions with customers and coworkers**What You’ll Bring*** High school diploma or equivalent* Experience in related work preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience* One year of experience in a laboratory or environmental setting is preferred* The ability to travel with some overnight stays**Licenses and Certifications*** Valid driver’s license* Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining all required licenses and certifications in active statusFind Your Place at Pace - We need you - your curiosity, your talents, and your drive - to help us advance this important work.Benefits When you join Pace, you commit to work that makes a positive impact on our communities and our world.
