Job summary

Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking a Team Leader to support daily team leadership, training, and coaching while upholding our values, policies, and brand standards. You will ensure safety, coach staff, and lead in the Site Leader’s absence to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will also drive sales, manage the storefront and equipment, and coordinate with leadership to maintain a high-quality site ready for customers in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical requirements: outdoor work in all weather, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day team leading, training, and coaching while upholding company values, policies, culture, and brand standards.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Site Leader & Assistant Site Leader.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe site and proper equipment operation.
• Drive sales, memberships and loyalty programs, and respond to fluctuating business flow.
