Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a skilled Systems Technician to support mission-critical security and communication systems across New England. This role involves servicing, installing, and maintaining low-voltage systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion, and wireless communication technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in low-voltage/security systems, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. A valid MA D-License and OSHA 10 certification are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with low-voltage/security systems.
• Proficiency with testing tools and fire-stopping.
• Ability to work independently on small to medium systems.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and upgrade security and wireless systems.
• Install and terminate low-voltage cabling and devices.
• Troubleshoot system issues and complete preventative maintenance.
